The Diamond Bike Nanodiamond Coating Kit is our choice for keeping our bikes protected throughout the season. Used by both Soudal Quick-Step and AG Insurance - Soudal, it delivers long-lasting protection while making every bike easier to clean after even the toughest rides.

The advanced nanodiamond coating repels dirt and grime, enhances gloss and shine, and provides excellent resistance against stains, UV exposure and harsh cleaning products. The same protection trusted by our teams is now available for your bike.

Diamond Bike Kit includes everything needed for a full bicycle application:

• Diamond Bike coating (20 ml)
• Diamond Bike Prep (100 ml)
• 1 applicator pad
• 1 microfiber towel
• 2 pairs of protective gloves (L and XL)

Installation Tips

• Use on hard bicycle surfaces and components
• Thoroughly prep the surface using Diamond Bike Prep before application
• Use separate microfiber towels for Diamond Bike Prep and Diamond Bike
• Apply to cool, clean, dry surfaces for best results
• Avoid applying in direct sun, wind, rain, or unstable conditions
• Polishing is not required before application, but is strongly recommended

Installation Instructions

1. Clean and fully dry the bicycle surface.
2. Prep all target surfaces using Diamond Bike Prep.
3. Shake Diamond Bike well for at least 15 seconds.
4. Apply 15–20 drops onto an applicator to prime it.
5. Apply the coating evenly to the bicycle surface, adding more product to the applicator as needed.
6. Wait 3–5 minutes for the coating to flash.
7. Look for lines and droplets indicating the coating is ready to be wiped off.
8. Wipe off the excess coating with a clean microfiber towel and continue section by section until the application is complete.
