Returns

Not completely satisfied with your order? We’re sorry to hear that.
You can return your product to The Wolfpack webshop, provided it meets the conditions outlined below.

Returned items must be complete, unused and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, worn or damaged.

Please note that it is not possible to exchange products directly (for example, for another size). If you would like a different item or size, please return the product you do not want and place a new order via our webshop. Once your return has been processed, the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded.

Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

• If you return part of your order, only the purchase price of the returned items will be refunded.

• Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, the product will be checked within a few days. If the return meets all conditions, your refund will be processed shortly afterwards.

• Refunds are made using the original payment method.
  

• Credit card payments are refunded to the original card used.
